You know the feeling: you’re browsing in a bookshop and suddenly your eyes are magnetically drawn to a particular book: That’s the power of a great cover. 

That power will make you walk to the cash register with a title you had no intention of buying, and it’s the power that will please your eye every time you look at that book.

Today, I want you to have a go at illustrating a cover of your own. It could be a re-design of your favourite book, or even a cover for a manuscript you’ve written yourself.
