The BBC reported that Putin has probably been using anabolic steroids for years, which cause an array of psychological and psychiatric manifestations such as mania, aggression, paranoia and psychosis, which could explain the invasion of Ukraine, the threats of using nuclear weapons and the bombing of a nuclear power plant.
 
Putin is shown with a split face, steroid pills for eyes, a nuclear bomb and a nuclear fallout shelter symbol for a mouth. The illustration is done in the style of a 1930s Russian Constructivism poster, which itself suggests anxiety and disorder.
