I've been heartbroken to see how my beloved city of New York has been struggling without vital supplies to treat victims of coronavirus.

I created this papercut illustration, called Covid Liberty, to represent how deaths will continue spiral due to this virus unless much more is done to help the city.

It shows the Statue of Liberty's face as a skull, holding a torch containing covid19 instead of the flame of hope.

There is a covid19 relief fund run by Mayor de Blasio to provide financial assistance to healthcare workers and essential staff, local small businesses, displaced hourly workers, including immigrant workers, families, youth, and vulnerable New Yorkers.

Please consider giving to this important fund, if you can.
